Shipping:
Once the order is fulfilled, it's shipped. For Australia, the shipping time itself is estimated to be between 2-14 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive and is considered lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned to us. In these cases, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once a correct address is provided.
Returns by Customer
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please use the sizing guide carefully before ordering. If you would like a different size, a new order will need to be placed at your own expense.
